'Armenia, a travel journal by Werniers & Coppin' brings together the travel writings of two artists who journeyed through Armenia in the summer of 2021. Roselyne Werniers finds inspiration in mountain landscapes for her print-based work. Jane Coppin's work is based on movement. They present themselves both as individual artists and as a duo.
This book contains their shared experiences, told from two perspectives. The texts were written during the journey. Werniers worked directly with pencil on paper, while Coppin typed everything on a smartphone.
Their journey was marked by many encounters, stories, and history. This is not a travel guide, but a book that invites everyone to travel along with two artists through a beautiful country.
